Saturday, October 1st, from 1 pm - 3 pm, it was a different journey for me. As always when I am invited to cover any kind of events I agree immediately for my curiosity to understand new topic and know more about it even I am not really interested to that but it can giving me more knowledge and it would be a plus.
I was then invited by one of the members who organized this meeting and as I said accepted the invitation for the reason of a prior friendship of this member for a special coverage to this event that it was about the Seed Bombing Tunisia. What is Seed Bombing Tunisia?
'' seed bombs '' or '' Seed Balls '' as a term was used for the first time in 1973 in the USA by Liz Christy where local residents helped nature take over public gardens by planting these seed bombs.
The first seed grenades were made from balloons filled with tomato seeds and fertilizers. They were thrown over fences on vacant land in New York to make those areas greener. The '' seed bombing '' is widely used in Africa and Asia as a solution to arid and semi-arid areas.
