Saturday, October 1st, from 1 pm - 3 pm, it was a different journey for me. As always when I am invited to cover any kind of events I agree immediately for my curiosity to understand new topic and know more about it even I am not really interested to that but it can giving me more knowledge and it would be a plus.
I was then invited by one of the members who organized this meeting and as I said accepted the invitation for the reason of a prior friendship of this member for a special coverage to this event that it was about the Seed Bombing Tunisia. What is Seed Bombing Tunisia?
'' seed bombs '' or '' Seed Balls '' as a term was used for the first time in 1973 in the USA by Liz Christy where local residents helped nature take over public gardens by planting these seed bombs.
The first seed grenades were made from balloons filled with tomato seeds and fertilizers. They were thrown over fences on vacant land in New York to make those areas greener. The '' seed bombing '' is widely used in Africa and Asia as a solution to arid and semi-arid areas. This video briefly will show you more about the concept of this event, following by interviews with members of ANDD and the coordinator at the AC of Amideast Tunisia:Here are some photos taken during the session of Seed Bombing Tunisia

Special thanks to Amideast Tunisia for giving me the right to finish my first coverage within the establishment. This will not be for sure my last blog post. I hope for more upcoming opportunities and I will be glad to be there one more time. See you...
